Do you recognize these two….and look who is new….Lil Mr. I. And speaking of Lil Mr.I…he has to have the biggest most expressive blue eyes that i have seen on a 6 month old…not to mention being such a cute lil dude. Lady C and Mr. E are such an awesome duo, and such chill parents….you definately can see the love they have for their lil man…and i love that they don’t allow parenthood to stop there plans, but to enhance them…you might even recognize them from a picture in the Seattle Times, Of them with Lil Mr. I with protective earmuffs at a sounders game ( can somebody give them an award for best parenting) which also means that i can cross something off my very own bucket list….photograph a famous person…CHECK! They go to probably every sounders game…and our huge fans….and now i would have to say that Lil Mr. I is probably the sounders biggest fan….not to mention i am now one of Lil Mr. I’s biggets fans…cannot wait to see him when he turns one…hopefully kicking around a soccer ball. hint hint.
Family of Three

R…classic Sinatra
November 10, 2010Though these two may look like twins….they aren’t. Both are of Mr R. a really awesome senior guy! The first session was of Mr. R in his rock-n-roll, long hair, rock the system attitude…however, he promised his mother that he would get “cleaned up” for their family vacation, and do a second photoshoot with the clean-up version of Mr.R…and i would have to say that he cleans up nicely. We went from rock and roll, knives, and long hair…to fedoras, clean-cut, sintra style photosession. I think Mr R, would have made Old Blue Eyes proud! Though when it comes to my favorites….i am undecided, both session with R were awesome…and both seemed to capture the different sides of him perfectly!

Dynamic duo!
November 10, 2010These have to be the cutest siblings i have come across…each with such budding personalities…a mix of goofyness, cuteness, and shyness all rolled in to two awesome lil 3 year olds. I remember their mother telling me that she was so sure that lil Mr. J would be the one to be shy…when he was full of energy and look at me mentality…even acting like a super hero coming out of a phonebooth in superman fashion…and Miss E would be the extravert….but when the camera came to her she was very shy…but once she got warmed up…boy did she shine! Looking back at their photos…just makes me smile!

Simply Family
July 13, 2010This was such a super fun family to work with, there were 3 generations of family at this shoot, and the grandparents were such a hoot. Their Grandpa being quite the character with his stolen kisses from his sweetheart of over 50 years….can you believe it…what an inspiration. And their sweet lil girl was just gorgeous, seriously seriously gorgeous with those big blue eyes and sweet face. And the lil man was awesome, he could model for Jcrew….And of course can’t forget the mom and dad of this crew. A completely wonderful pair.

Model worthy

Martha, Daryl & their sweet lil ones
March 13, 2010Sometimes on days like these, i think i must have the best job in the world. I get to drive to a photoshoot with Mount Ranier in view. Which is/was breathtaking. ( so much so, i was very very tempted to keep going, and spend the rest of the day hiking on trails, photographing landscapes, and being at peace, luckily for my family i decided to come home.) I get to meet cool/beautiful/awesome people. Such as Martha and Daryl and their gorgeous lil ones. I get front row tickets to a piano concert by the cutest lil girl ( who also had eyes only for her daddy, who was cheering her on), i get to capture beautiful moments of Mother and son. Father and daughter. I get to capture families. See, days like these are why i do what i do!
Thank you for the piano concerts, hayrides and spectacular scenery. But most importantly thank you for letting me spend the day with you.

Brooke, Jeremy, & Co.
March 13, 2010I knew that we were going to have fun the first time i spoke with Brooke. She wanted a place that was unique, fun, and was up for trying anything. Her only wish….was to capture her family. Her hubby, Jeremy, was home from Iraq for his R&R, and i feel so so so privledged that they took some of that time to spend with me. Also, so so happy with mother nature for providing us with a glorious sunny day. (Thank you) And even happier with the fierce modeling skills of this family. Seriously! They totally rocked this shoot. Dad was the handsome, quite and stoic type, their son so fun and totally abercrombie model worthy ( well in a few years), their beautiful daughter, was just that, absolutely beautiful, and mom….all i need to say is WOW! Seriously, wow! Project runway alum coined the phrase fierce….but Brooke totally owns the word. Because lady you are so fierce! Can’t wait to capture you on skates….
Thank you Brooke & Jeremy for bringing your family out to be captured in photos…
P.s thank you Jeremy for all that you do.
